VATA DOSHA- All movements in the body are due to Vata.
PITTA DOSHA- Metabolism in the body is due to pitta.
KAPHA DOSHA- All structure and lubrication in the body are due to Kapha.
Tridoshas ayurvedic concept is unique to medical science.

If these doshas are in their equilibrium then, they result in the health of our body. But, if this equilibrium is disturbed then they become the cause for diseases in the body.

Vata Dosha
Vata dosha is considered the leader of the three doshas because pitta and kapha movements are totally dependent on vata. In whole, vata manages all movement in the mind and body. Vata controls breathing, elimination of wastes, blood flow and thought process.

Pitta Dosha
Pitta Dosha governs all the digestive agni’s of the body. It manages all heat, metabolism and transformation in the mind and body. It is also due to pitta, how we metabolize our sensory perceptions, how we digest food and how we differentiate between right and wrong.

Kapha Dosha
Kapha Dosha helps in the formation of all seven dhatus. Kapha governs all structure and lubrication in the mind and body.

The term “PANCHKARMA” means a combination of five therapeutic procedures to detoxify & rejuvenate our body. There are 3 sequential steps involved which are as follows:
1. Poorva Karma
2. Pradhan Karma
3. Paschat Karma
